With over 18 years at The Boston Consulting (BCG), Miren has led international talent management initiatives focusing on performance assessment and recruitment across the firm.
Miren has previous experience in M&A, Corporate Development at Cegetel and strategy consulting at BCG. She has lived in Germany for almost 30 years.
