Joséphine Loréal joined Montefiore in June 2025. She is Head of Private Wealth.
Joséphine has over 20 years’ expertise in asset distribution to wealth management professionals, private banking and asset management.
She began her career in 2003 at CDC IXIS Asset Management (Natixis IM), in the Distribution team, in charge of managing relationships with third-party distributors, in particular banks and independent asset managers.
She spent 12 years at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (EdRAM), where she was Deputy Head of Third-Party Distribution in Europe, acquiring significant expertise in this area. In 2018, Joséphine was Head of Distribution in France at Candriam, a subsidiary of New York Life.
In 2000, Joséphine joined Apax Partners (Seven2) in the Investor Relations team to create a new segment focused on private investors through Third Party Distribution. She played a key role in the launch of a retail product dedicated to French life insurance.
She joined Astorg as Managing Director in the Business Development and Investor Relations team to develop the Private Wealth segment.
