Prior to joining Montefiore, Valentine worked for 13 years at Eurazeo (formerly Idinvest Partners) as Financial Director, in charge of operations and fund administration for the Venture, Growth and Healthcare strategies.

Valentine began her career in 2007 at Deloitte, where she carried out audit and internal control assignments on behalf of investment funds and private equity management companies.
