Pauline Mordrel joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as Associate.

She began her career at Deloitte within the M&A Lead Advisory department and then joined LBO France, where she worked on small and mid-cap LBO deals, on industrial and services sectors.

From 2018 to 2022 she was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she conducted multiple projects, including due diligences, value creation plan, digital transformation, and post-merger integration. She worked in several sectors, notably food & beverage, healthcare, financial services, real estate and industrial sectors.

Pauline is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
