Guillaume Pastel joined Montefiore Investment in 2021 as a Senior Associate.

He began his career in consulting at Deloitte and then joined Demeter Partners, where he worked on small- and mid-cap LBO deals in the environmental transition sector.

In 2017, Guillaume joined Bpifrance Investissement in Paris, first as an analyst and then as an associate, where he was involved in several growth and venture capital deals in the tourism and leisure industry.
