The transaction is designed to support Studio Rock’s organic and acquisition-led growth, accelerating its development through investments in technology, innovation and the expansion of professional expertise
Milan, 9 June 2026 – Studio Rock, a leading firm in tax and corporate advisory services, announces that Montefiore Investment, a leading investment firm focused on service SMEs and mid-sized companies in Italy, France and Spain, has acquired a stake in its capital. The transaction creates a long-term strategic partnership aimed at building an integrated and innovative professional platform in the Italian tax and corporate advisory market, with the ambition of establishing a national reference operator through organic growth, investments in innovation and targeted acquisitions.
Founded in 1977, Studio Rock has recorded significant growth in recent years, establishing itself through an advisory model based on deep specialization, a multidisciplinary approach and a strong focus on client needs. The partnership with Montefiore Investment stems from a shared long-term industrial vision and the desire to accelerate the firm’s development while preserving Studio Rock’s founding values: professional independence, service quality, people-centricity and continuity in client relationships.
The transaction marks the beginning of a new phase of growth and comes against a backdrop of profound change in the professional services market, characterized by increasing regulatory complexity, the need for ever more significant technology investments and a consolidation process that is expected to accelerate in the coming years.
In this context, Studio Rock will serve as the reference platform for an aggregation project aimed at bringing together professional firms that share high quality standards, a strong client orientation and full alignment with the professional and organizational values that characterize Studio Rock.
The business plan provides for major investments in technology and digitalization, with the objective of developing proprietary infrastructure and tools capable of increasing operational efficiency, supporting the platform’s growth and further improving the quality of services offered to clients.
The management team will retain a central role in the company’s governance and operational management, ensuring strategic continuity, the development of human capital and the preservation of the professional culture that has guided Studio Rock’s growth to date.
For clients, the partnership will further expand the specialist expertise available, enabling an increasingly integrated and multidisciplinary service offering. For professionals, associates and employees, the project will represent a significant opportunity for professional development, innovation and growth within a rapidly expanding platform.
