D&#8217;autres d\u00e9veloppements sont en projet. Le fonds d&#8217;investissements fran\u00e7ais Montefiore Investment, sp\u00e9cialiste des PME et ETI de services, a pris il y a quelques semaines une participation dans le capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;int\u00e9rim parisienne Alphyr. Le montant de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration demeure confidentiel. \u00ab <em>Nous ne cultivons pas le secret pour le secret mais nous sommes humbles<\/em> \u00bb, rectifie Jean-Marc Espalioux, pr\u00e9sident associ\u00e9 de Montefiore Investment, en rappelant qu&#8217;il est pr\u00e9sent, entre autres, chez Interflora, Voyageurs du Monde, Isabel Marant ou Lyovel. Forte croissance Peu connu, notamment parce que ses 74 agences, dont 60 en franchise, travaillent \u00ab en \u00e9tage \u00bb avec P\u00f4le emploi, l&#8217;Apec et Internet pour recruter et non pas simplement inscrire les candidats, Alphyr est n\u00e9 en 2009, \u00ab au pire moment \u00bb, rappelle son fondateur et copr\u00e9sident Alexandre Pham. Il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 100 millions d&#8217;euros de chiffre d&#8217;affaires en 2016 en hausse de 44 % sur celui de 2015 avec un effectif propre &#8211; hors franchise &#8211; d&#8217;une centaine de salari\u00e9s et fait travailler tous les jours plus de 2.500 salari\u00e9s \u00e9quivalents temps plein. Il emploie 10.000 personnes diff\u00e9rentes tous les ans via son r\u00e9seau \u00ab classique \u00bb qui comptent trois marques. La premi\u00e8re, Aquila RH correspond aux salari\u00e9s du niveau CAP au bac tandis que Lynx RH fait de l&#8217;int\u00e9rim et du recrutement du bac +2 au bac +5 pour l&#8217;informatique, l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie et les fonctions support. Enfin, Vitalis Medical est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pour le param\u00e9dical, le m\u00e9dical et le social. Derni\u00e8re n\u00e9e, en mars 2017, la marque MisterTemp&#8217;est \u00ab tout num\u00e9rique \u00bb et fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 travailler 6.000 salari\u00e9s. Que ce soit via ses agences ou MisterTemp&#8217;, Alphyr peut contactualiser directement avec le candidat et son client et r\u00e9aliser toutes les d\u00e9marches administratives. L&#8217;Italie en janvier \u00ab Ils ont trouv\u00e9 une formule originale pour rendre service aux gens qui ont des aspirations dans l&#8217;int\u00e9rim. Elle allie un syst\u00e8me de franchises pour l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance et une interface num\u00e9rique pour la collecte des comp\u00e9tences et leur pr\u00e9sentation aux entreprises \u00bb, r\u00e9sume Henri Topiol, directeur du fonds. \u00ab <em>Il y a des affinit\u00e9s possibles avec des entreprises que nous connaissons bien<\/em> \u00bb, ajoute Jean-Marc Espalioux. Concr\u00e8tement, le fonds va permettre \u00e0 Alphyr d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer en France avec l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;une vingtaine d&#8217;agences suppl\u00e9mentaires et de continuer \u00e0 faire des \u00ab <em>investissements importants dans le num\u00e9rique<\/em> \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Alexandre Pham. Surtout, l&#8217;entreprise, qui dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 de deux agences au Canada, \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et Qu\u00e9bec, a d\u00e9sormais les moyens de se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 une autre \u00e9chelle \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Ce sera d&#8217;abord en Italie, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but 2018, \u00ab <em>en propre ou par acquisition<\/em> \u00bb, indique Alexandre Pham qui \u00ab <em>regarde aussi l&#8217;Allemagne et l&#8217;Espagne<\/em> \u00bb. Comme en France, il consid\u00e8re qu&#8217;il faut une dizaine d&#8217;agences en propre pour amorcer le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un r\u00e9seau.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221;
