The firm relies on a team of over 80 professionals and invests between \u20ac20 million and \u20ac200 million in mid-market companies, supporting them in both domestic and international expansion.<\/p>\n

Amparo Moraleda brings outstanding executive leadership and governance experience. She spent most of her career at IBM, where she held top leadership roles across Iberia and Southern Europe, before moving on to senior positions within major international groups such as Iberdrola. She has also developed a prominent board career, serving on the boards of leading global companies including CaixaBank, Airbus, Vodafone, and Maersk. She brings deep expertise in technology and institutional ecosystems in Spain.<\/p>\n

Jorge Rioperez brings extensive expertise in Corporate Finance and M&A. He spent over 20 years at KPMG, where he built and led the Corporate Finance platform in Spain, with a strong focus on mid-market and family-owned businesses. He also held senior international responsibilities, including M&A lead for the EMEA region. Since 2022, he has continued to advise investors as a Senior Advisor.<\/p>\n

Montefiore has already established a strong footprint in Spain through several transactions, including an investment in December 2025 in Between Group, an IT services and engineering expert, alongside its management team led by Pau Guarro. Montefiore has also carried-out meaningful acquisitions through its portfolio companies, notably European Digital Group\u2019s partnership with Garaje de Ideas, a premium fast-growing UX and data consultancy platform in Spain in July 2024, and Koesio\u2019s acquisition of Grupo Solitium in October 2025, the leading IT services & distribution platform for SMEs in Spain.
